A coaching-led programme designed to help you deliver on your business goals whilst you go through the cultural shock of repatriation and reintegration. Typically 100 days before and after your return home date. It combines business planning, transition awareness, personal reflection and performance coaching.

You will:

  1. Define your business and personal priorities for completing your assignment and re-establishing yourself in your home country environment.

  2. Identify how your international experience may both help and hinder you upon return.

  3. Develop an action plan for your first 100 days after repatriation.
